The Bugles & Drums of the Stedfast Association (BADOTSA) were re-organised as a charitable limited company - BADOTSA Ltd., on the 19th March 2019.
BADOTSA Ltd. (Company No. 11892127) is a private company limited by guarantee without share capital and has four directors:

Assistant Bandmaster: Joe Ash

The role of functionaries should not be tantamount to a life sentence; after all we were all there to enjoy ourselves when all was said and done. All posts should be limited to 1 year and then renewed at the next annual meeting (AGM) following appointment.
